Former NBDA President (2009-’11) Ernest E. Garrett III, who is the current Executive Director of the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, works with the Missouri’s Cole County Sheriff to offer better communication to the Deaf and hard of hearing community.
