    All YouTube videos in English that have a clear audio track can now be automatically captioned. While Google's speech-to-text automatic captioning service is far from perfect, the NAD applauds Google's commitment to access.   • Registration Fee Now $250 for Second DPCConference
    Because of the current economic crisis and the hardships it's caused for Deaf people of color, the Conference registration fee has been reduced from $400 to $250. The registration deadline has been extended to May 30. The Second National Deaf People of Color Conference will be held on June 25-27, 2010, in Portland, Oregon.
