NBDA Youth Empowerment Summit (Y.E.S.!) Application Deadline Extended
NBDA celebrates the Youth Empowerment Summit (Y.E.S.!)'s commitment to African-American Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Youths for 11th Year on July 28-August 1, 2009 at Scottsdale, Arizona. Y.E.S.! is a summer program designed to meet the leadership, non-academic educational, and social needs of African-American Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Youths.
